SEC enforcement activity under Rule 21F is on the rise. The SEC has recently pursued charges against both public and private companies under Rule 21F, alleging that these companies have taken actions to impede whistleblowers from reporting possible securities laws violations. The SEC has taken issue with documents that contain what it views as overly restrictive language discouraging whistleblowers from coming forward.
Join Sheri Adler and Mary Weeks on November 16 at 12 p.m. ET to discuss themes that have emerged in Rule 21F enforcement actions, and receive practical tips for drafting employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, separation agreements, releases, employee handbooks, and other employee arrangements that comply with Rule 21F.
