Law + Justice Program Featured in Philadelphia Bar Foundation Video
The Pepper Center for Public Service and its president and CEO, Troutman Pepper Senior Counsel Amy B. Ginensky, are prominently featured in a video from the Philadelphia Bar Foundation about The Law & Justice Mentoring Program (LJMP), a pilot program that was launched in January 2022 by the Philadelphia School District's Office of Strategic Partnerships and the Pepper Center.
In the LJMP pilot, 20 students at the Kensington Health Sciences Academy had the opportunity to:
- Examine current social issues using a collaborative problem-solving approach, as well as have conversations with local attorneys and advocates tackling those and similar issues,
- Participate in a summer law and justice related internship or shadowing experience, and
- Develop a mentor relationship with a law student or attorney mentor.
