Carly represents businesses and associations throughout the U.S. in state and federal courts. She litigates cases involving a variety of claims, including ERISA, labor and employment, contract disputes, and data privacy and security law, both through trial and appeal.
Carly brings a rich and varied professional background to the firm. Prior to entering private practice, she served for more than 10 years in senior roles in journalism and nonprofit organizations. Carly also clerked for the Hon. Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. These multifaceted experiences have equipped Carly with a practical, well-rounded perspective and approach to her work.
