Celeste is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group, where she focuses primarily on patent prosecution and patent counseling. Her experience encompasses a broad range of technologies such as software, payment systems, network security, mechanical devices, medical devices, chemical compositions, and industrial processing. Celeste counsels clients on various aspects of intellectual property law, including patentability and freedom to operate assessments, application drafting, and portfolio management, and represents clients ranging from sole inventors to large multinational corporations.
In her pro bono practice, Celeste regularly provides services in family law cases, and is part of a firm team representing a client in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
Prior to graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law, Celeste worked in the chemicals manufacturing industry after earning her bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia.
