Pepper Center Fellow
Neil is a fellow of The Pepper Center for Public Service. The Pepper Center draws on the talents of the firm's retired partners and senior attorneys to wrestle with tough problems facing our communities. Through the Center, these attorneys study, analyze, and work to resolve problems that affect the lives of people in our communities.
Before his retirement, Neil had extensive experience in all areas of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, construction, and sale of apartment projects, office buildings, shopping centers, office parks, manufacturing facilities, hotels, mixed-use projects, and residential developments. He regularly advised banks, mortgage brokers, and insurance companies on commercial real estate matters, including workouts and foreclosures. In addition, he prepared the construction contracts and bid materials for a major semiconductor manufacturer.
