Nicole focuses her practice on commercial litigation in a variety of areas, including complex business and contract disputes, insurance bad faith litigation, higher education law, class actions, data privacy and security law, and construction and real estate law. She represents clients in cases throughout the U.S. in federal and state courts, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and SEC investigations. Nicole has represented and counseled clients in an array of industries, including financial and investment companies, educational institutions, product manufacturers, and information technology companies, among others.
Nicole is an active pro bono practitioner, having served as counsel in civil rights litigation on behalf of an inmate challenging the conditions of confinement and alleging constitutional violations. She is also a frequent participant in firm legal clinics.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Heidi W. Currier in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also served as a co-op intern for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Civil Division, and as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
While attending law school, Nicole served as a member of the Drexel Law Review, as an executive board member of the Moot Court Board, and as a teaching assistant for an upper-level mediation and arbitration course. Upon graduation, Nicole was inducted into the Order of Barristers for her outstanding advocacy performance.
