Tracey represents and advises clients in connection with a wide range of complex and high-exposure coverage matters. She has substantial experience with both analyzing and litigating coverage disputes.

Tracey helps clients navigate complex coverage issues involving a variety of first-party and third-party insurance policies, including cyber, E&O, tech E&O, D&O, A&E, general liability, and commercial property. She routinely counsels clients on pre-litigation issues such as claims investigation and handling, policy interpretation, and defense and indemnity obligations. Tracey also regularly litigates coverage disputes in federal and state trial, and appellate courts nationwide.
Tracey received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and her bachelor's degree in history from Boston College. While in law school, Tracey was a staff editor and later a research editor for the Temple Law Review. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Moot Court Competition Team, as well as two legal research and writing courses. While pursuing her law degree, Tracey worked as a judicial intern for both the Honorable David R. Strawbridge and the Honorable Wendy Beetlestone of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
