In addition to assessing liabilities and negotiating contract provisions, we assist throughout the transition period. We establish, amend, terminate, merge, or spin off employee benefit plans; update summary plan descriptions, trust agreements, and ancillary documents; and work with clients to draft participant communications as necessary to provide employees with a seamless transition.
