Our team’s client-centered approach to labor and employment litigation allows us to achieve results directly aligning with our clients’ specific goals and business needs. We leverage our deep experience to find creative solutions to our clients’ problems.
Our attorneys are experienced litigators who handle the most important employment-related cases for clients in a broad array of industries. We regularly appear in federal and state courts and arbitral proceedings. We have a strong record of obtaining early dismissals, jury verdicts, and affirmations on appeal.
Our employment litigation practice covers virtually every type of employment-related matter, from single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff lawsuits to large class actions. We successfully handle cases involving unfair competition, restrictive covenants, and misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information. We also represent employers in lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, whistleblowing, and other types of retaliation, harassment, and wage-and-hour violations. We litigate these claims and others across the U.S.
Our litigation experience enables us to help our clients recognize cases that can and should be resolved early. We identify the strategy that will provide the best opportunity for settlement when that aligns with the client’s goals. When settlement is either not feasible or otherwise not in the client’s best interests, we will litigate aggressively and zealously on our client’s behalf.
We work closely with our legal technology and eDiscovery affiliate, eMerge, to keep discovery costs proportional to the value of the given litigation. We take a proactive approach to electronic discovery that focuses efforts on the early identification of key documents, ultimately helping limit the overall scope and cost of discovery. We leverage eMerge’s advanced technology and unique eDiscovery strategies to resolve cases more quickly and reduce the costs of litigation whenever possible.
