Troutman Pepper Strategies (TPS) is strongly committed to clients, working with and not just for them. Leveraging more than 150 years of cumulative experience, TPS professionals work to identify legislative and regulatory barriers to help craft plans to generate solutions and positive results.
TPS is a wholly owned subsidiary of the law firm and specializes in building partnerships between businesses and government at the federal, state, and local levels. The diverse backgrounds and bipartisan approach of TPS provide the firm with numerous avenues to best serve the needs of our varied client base and, since its founding in 2002, TPS has grown from a single office operation into a comprehensive, national issue management firm. Each member of TPS has substantial experience in legislative and regulatory processes and has a broad array of bipartisan relationships at the state and local levels.
Members of TPS are in constant contact with key policymakers on issues that impact our many clients. As public policy consultants and lobbyists, TPS advances our clients’ interests by closely tailoring their strategies and actions in response to the ever-changing political landscape.
We work with clients to advance their agendas in the following areas:
Whatever the goal, our strategic advisors are noted for the passion and energy they expend on behalf of our clients. Our hand-in-hand approach of supporting our clients through strategic planning and dedicated execution of tasks sets us apart, and our commitment to communication keeps all clients informed.
In addition to government relations support and issue management, TPS counsels on political fundraising strategy, branding management, event planning, and outreach to media outlets at the state and federal level. Additionally, we provide action plans for corporate political action committee (PAC) growth and advise on implementation of the PAC strategy. We routinely help clients coordinate fundraisers at corporate headquarters and assist with member visits to client sites.
