Troutman Sanders Expands Charlotte Office with Two Partners and Two Associates
Charlotte, NC. – May 28, 2014 – Troutman Sanders LLP announced today that partners Jon Goldberg and Stephanie Greer Fulcher, as well as associates Michael Andersen and Stuart Jones, Jr. have joined the Real Estate practice in the firm’s new Charlotte office. In addition, senior associate Thomas Rivers will be joining the firm later this week. All five lawyers previously practiced at K&L Gates in Charlotte.
Goldberg and Greer Fulcher bring diverse real estate experience, with emphasis on leasing, development and finance, to the firm. They have worked with clients, including banks, shopping center owners and Fortune 100 corporations, in both the financing and development of large commercial projects. Greer Fulcher has also represented lenders in the negotiation of senior syndicated and single-lender secured financing transactions and in the disposition of owned real estate assets. Goldberg has extensive experience representing clients in connection with real estate portfolio acquisition and disposition transactions and complex lease transactions. Goldberg, Greer Fulcher, Rivers, Andersen and Jones all worked closely with the five partners, Walter D. Fisher, Jr., G. Lee Cory, Jr., David H. Jones, Patrick L. Ridinger and Paul A. Steffens, who together opened the Troutman Sanders Charlotte office on May 16.
